Almond Fudge Protein Bars – I referenced them in this post, and they were awesome! The first time I used mainly almond butter with a bit of peanut butter, and the second time I used sunflower butter. This is a wonderful “healthy” granola recipe – made with fruit juice and without oil.
This beer bread – 8 – I used honey instead of brown sugar and probably undercooked it, but I like it that way. I didn’t add the butter. I hear using a pumpkin beer would be amazing.
Yogurt Dinner Rolls – 6 – others raved about them, and they were incredibly easy to make, but didn’t wow me, although the raw dough was quite tasty :)
Granola – 8 – Great if you’re looking for a sweet/treat cereal!
Carrot Zucchini Muffins – 7 – I liked them, but they are very “earthy crunchy” in the sense that you really taste the vegetables
Crunchy Tofu Cereal Strips – 9 – probably one of my favorite ways to eat tofu – they actually got crispy
