Week 12?! Seriously?! That means I’m 2/3 of the way through training, with 6 weeks left. I know that I have a lot of work left in these remaining weeks (ahem 19 and 20+ miler, not to mention the whole 26.2 on race day), but I must say being able to count the number of runs (including the race) that are over 10 miles in distance on ONE hand is pretty awesome. So without further ado, this week’s workouts. I should note that this week, while it was a cutback, was particularly light on running/exercise as the end of the week include sick days/exhaustion. So here’s to a healthy next month and a half and getting back on track!
Monday – strength training and abs (short, but better than nothing)
Tuesday – 5 miles in the am
Wednesday – 5 miles in the am
Thursday – came home from school sick
Friday – another off day, home from school sick
Saturday – 13.75 – the first time I’ve truly overdressed for a run – I’m not used to sun and 40s!
Sunday 5-8 miler (not sure yet)
