Weekly RUNdown – Marathon Training Week 11

Monday – 5 miles (pm), outside

Tuesday – 8 miles on the TM

Wednesday – random off day

Thursday – 5 miles with 3x.5 miles @3.5 incline – went super late (after dinner) for me, which was impressive I actually made it to the gym.  (TM)

Friday – 18 miles, with the last 2.5 on the treadmill including 3x.4 miles @3.5, 4, 4 incline

Saturday – 45 minute spin with jumps and 15 or so of stretching and foam rolling-felt SO good!

Sunday – lift and abs, 10 min bike
