Weekly RUNdown – Marathon Training Week 10

Monday – 4 TM and lift(ish)

Tuesday – 8 miles

Wednesday – off

Thursday – 18 miles

Friday – 4 miles, 8 min abs level 2, and some more abs

Saturday – Winter Tri – 1/2 mile snow shoe (up and down the main ski hill there), 2.78 cross country ski, 1 mile skating –> SO MUCH FUN

Sunday – 8 miles

      Ah, thank you! And yes, it was an absolute blast! It was a small, family/community event and I went with a few friends from college. They couldn’t have asked for a better day – it was nice enough to just hang around outside in the sun for a picnic lunch. Makes me excited for spring, but I know that won’t be around for another few months…
