Weekly RUNdown – Week 6 Marathon Training

Monday – 6 miles outside and 50 spinning –> good to have spin/workout buddies back :)

Tuesday – 5 mile TM interval 7, 7.1, 7.2 then 7.1 7.2 7.3 then 7.2 7.3 7.5 for a song each

Wednesday – 4 mile TM easy, weights and abs

Thursday – off

Friday – 9.25 mile long run  (shins were feeling it afterward, I’m guessing the whole changing surfaces thing.  lots of ice and some ibuprofen)

Saturday – morning spin of about an hour, including 4x 5 interval (13-14), 5 rest

Sunday – 7 in the morning.  yes, the face mask did come out for this one…it was WINDY

total: 31.25
