Weekly RUNdown aka Week 4 of Marathon Training

Monday – 1st day of school with a 2 hour delay.  What better way to start then a TM run at the gym? 4 miles

Tuesday – 6.25 miles TM after school (2.5 easy, then alternate .25 @8.5 with .25@6.8 for 3.5 miles, .25 cool down –> cool down would have been longer but I ran out of time

Wednesday – 3.35 miles TM after school

Thursday – rest

Friday – long run, split in 2.  5.8 miles before school, 6.4 miles after school = 12.2

Saturday – lift and core –> finally.  I need to get back to at least one, better 2 strength sessions a week

Sunday – 7 slow miles

total:  32.8
