Monday – 80 min elliptical

Tuesday – 60 min elliptical

Wednesday – 5 mile run

Thursday – 90 minute HOT power yoga (felt SO good to stretch)

Friday – 30 min elliptical + long run of almost 10 miles

Saturday – hour of elliptical, 8 min abs, walk the beach

Sunday – 1.5 miles
