Weekly RUNdown

Monday – 3 mile run outside and 50 min spin

Tuesday – 5 mile run outside (apparently it was -9 outside…oops)

Wednesday – 3 mile TM (top of foot hurt a bit) and 10 min elliptical

Thursday – 45 elliptical

Friday – off

Saturday – 9 miles outside

Sunday – 60 min elliptical

*top of left foot hurting, as if I dropped something on it.  Lots of ice this week!
