Weekly RUNdown

Monday – 3500 in the pool!

Tuesday – 7.25 mile run, somewhat rough but I did it (stomach)

Wednesday – 4 miles (32 minutes) and a 2,200 swim

Thursday – off (biochem exam)

Friday – 7 miles

Saturday – backpacking all day – it was awesome and there was snow :)

Sunday – GOTR 5K buddy run (more to come, but let me preface…it was AWESOME!)

5.0 treadmill in 40:40 (1 mile warm up, 7x 0.25 sprint at 9.0/6:40, .25 easy, 1/2 mile cooldown)

total: 26.35 (33 including backpacking)
