Weekly RUNdown – 1

Monday – Spin (pm) + 8 min abs

Tuesday – Lift (http://www.healthontherun.net/the-core/) + abs + 30 min elliptical –> this lift had me really sore the next day
Wednesday – 2.2 miles in 17.5 minutes + 2x 8 min abs + 8 min arms

Thursday – 2.2 miles in 17.75 minutes + 8 min abs

Friday – Spin (am) + Lift (arms) (pm) + abs

Saturday – 5.93 miles in 50 minutes, barely any foot pain/iced after + abs (really, can we just round the 0.07 miles up to make it an even 6?!)

Sunday – 76 minute pool run with belt (20 w/u; 6×2:30 hard, 0:30 easy; 5 easy, 6×2:30 hard, 0:30 easy; 15 c/d) + same lift as Tuesday + lots of abs
